We are happy to announce that for BAT customers who have purchased a SMART TabbyBoo children’s tablet, there is BAT – Service, a guaranteed and safe benefit.
For us, BAT-Service is like a medical clinic with services included, where you can “cure” your tablet.
The Service process, which is a complex one, involves checking the tablet with the latest and most advanced equipment, bringing it into compliance by repairing or replacing defective parts and updating the software, according to the specifications received from the manufacturer.
Once the repair process is complete, the tablet ends up in the care of a team of technicians who re-test it to ensure that functionality has been restored. This way we make sure that every product goes through this testing and is verified.
In our view, a BAT technician is like a watchmaker worthy… who, with a lot of attention and dedication, solves any problem, no matter how difficult it may be.
Indeed, technicians are dedicated and meticulous specialists in their service work. Starting from their specialization, according to the manufacturers’ requirements, and continuing through a continuous learning process, we have to thank them for the quality of the repair process and the fact that we do not stay too long separated from our gadget.
