Before you send your tablet to your SMART service partner, we encourage you to consult the table below, where you will find simple solutions for the most common situations that may arise:

C) Please use the tablet within the operating range (the operating range is 0 – 32.8ft / 10 m without obstacles)

Touch screen not working

A) No touch screen reaction

Is the touch screen scratched the first time you use it?

Read the Instructions for Use

No problem as the scratch is on the factory-installed protective film

A) We have fitted the protective foil from the factory precisely to avoid scratching the screen by mishandling when testing/packing the product and for the child to immediately enjoy the tablet

B) Remove the factory protective film if it bothers you, but we insist that you only use the protective film provided as a gift once the scratches are unbearable!

Is the camera scratched on first use?

– If the tablet produces smoke or other abnormal phenomena, remove it from the charger immediately.

– If the tablet is affected by rain, moisture or food, put it in a ventilated place to dry.

– The warranty does not cover defects caused by moisture, food, sand, rain, juice, water, milk, etc.

  1. 🌡 High temperatures and charging

– Do not use the tablet at high temperatures.

– Do not use the tablet while it is charging.

– Do not leave the tablet charged overnight or for more than 99%-100%; remove it from the charger to avoid burning or damaging internal components.

The Buyer is obliged to notify the Seller within a maximum of 2 days from the date of finding the non-conformity 🛠, without intervening in any way on it(⚠ do not go to other unauthorized service, otherwise you lose the product warranty), in order to find out by the Seller the causes that caused the defect / non-conformity.
