Yes, you can cancel an order entirely or partially by sending an email to office@smarttabbyboo.com before 12:00 PM.

How do I pay?
You can pay:
Cash on delivery (COD) to the courier,
Bank transfer (the order will be shipped once the payment is received in our account), or
Online by card.

Can I collect products from the showroom or warehouse?
The orders will be delivered exclusively by courier, to the address indicated by you in the order. And for each AWB you will receive the details by email and SMS, so you can always track the parcels on their way to your delivery address.
Where do I return a total or partial order?
